The DeLand Airport Business Park is served with 3-phase electrical power provided by Progress Energy. Water and sewer service is provided throughout the Park by DeLand Utilities. Potable water mains have been sized to provide adequate fire flow for industrial applications. Natural gas, provided by Florida Public Utilities is available. High speed data service is provided by Brighthouse Communications and other fiber optic providers.
Industrial Park roadways are paved and generally suitable for heavy truck traffic.
Most of the remaining available land in the business park has been pre-permitted for stormwater, although some sites park will require construction of stormwater mitigation facilities as part of their development.
