	*Members may designate an appointee to attend meeting and review plans. Other City, County, State or Federal agencies may be consulted by the TRC for advice or recommendations on any matter or application being considered by the TRC. Duties and responsibilities.  The duties and responsibilities of the TRC shall include:   (a)  Reviewing applications for Subdivision and Site Plans for buildings over 40,000sq ft for recommendation to the planning board or city commission.     (b)  Approving applications for Minor Subdivision and Site plans for buildings under 40,000 sq ft. Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month at 1:30 in the Henry DeLand Room, located on the 1st floor of the DeLand City Hall.  Click here for meeting schedule.
